Steps to Apply for JaminKerja Program

JaminKerja Program is the salary incentive provided by the government for apprentices, fresh grads, the vulnerable groups, the unemployed, etc. Hiring each employee may get an incentive up to RM36000!

The deadline to apply for this program is 30.06.2022.

Application Steps

1. Visit MyFutureJobs Website

2. Log in to Employer Account

  • Enter Username and Password to log in
  • Note: Register a new account if employer does not have an account

3. Fill in the job vacancy information

  • Click “+ New Vacancy” on the top left
  • Fill in the related information

4. Choose the Hiring Incentives Types

  • Select the Hiring Incentives that you want to apply
  • Then, click “Continue to Settings”

5. Fill in the Information

  • Fill in the related information
  • Then click “Close”

6. Register an Employee Account

  • Employees need to apply for an account
  • Click “Jobseeker”, fill in personal information & upload resume

7. Check the List of Applicants

  • The applicants list will be shown here
  • Employers need to choose “Action” –> “Make Offer” for the successful applicants

8. Visit JaminKerja Website

9. Fill in the Information

  • Click “Vacancy”, then click “Add New Vacancy”
  • Fill in the related information
  • Then, click “Submit”

10. Add New Employee Information

  • Click “Add New Employee”
  • Enter new hired employee’s IC number to search & select
  • Your employee’s name will only occur after 5 days of your SOCSO contribution

11. Fill in Excel Form and Submit

  • Download Employee Verification Form (Excel File)
  • Fill in and upload the Employee Verification Form
  • Perkeso will review your application around 7 – 14 working days
