Form E is a form used by company to declare employees status and their salary details to LHDN.

- You may visit the website (Register an Employer’s Number (E) through e-Daftar) for registration steps

Starting from 2016, all Malaysian companies (Sdn Bhd) will need to declare a Form E to LHDN regardless there are employees or not.
Under Income Tax Act 1967 Section 112 or 120, fail to declare Form E are liable to a maximum fine of RM20k or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
Recently, Form E can be declared through e-filling, you will not receive Form E by postal anymore. You will need to check your account status by visiting LHDN branches.
You can submit Form E by using your PCB account. For new user, Form CP55B is needed.
