    我的公司有本地员工和外籍劳工,但是还未注册就业保险计划。我可否注册就业保险计划,和为本地员工申请工资补贴?

    在申请工资补贴前,雇主必须注册或缴付社险,工资补贴只限大马籍员工申请。雇主必须申报本地员工和外籍员工的人数。

    如果一名雇员同时为公司A和公司B工作,并缴付就业保险计划 (SIP),这两间公司都符合资格申请工资补贴吗?

    是的。只要雇员符合条件,两间公司都有资格为同一名雇员申请工资补贴(请查看图1)。

    雇主必须如常支付雇员相同的薪资,然后向社险机构提交工资补贴申请。工资补贴是给予雇主的财务援助,雇主必须按照雇员的实际薪资继续缴交社险和就业保险计划保费。

    工资补贴计划下所指的工资或收入为RM4,000以下的定义是什么?

    工资或收入的定义是跟据1969年雇主社会安全法令下的工资定义,所有给予雇员的金钱酬劳都被视为工资,例如底薪,加班费,佣金,年假/病假/产假/休假/公假期间支付的费用等等。

    雇主该如何得知工资补贴申请已被通过或拒绝?

    当局将以电邮,通知雇主申请获批或被拒。申请被批准的雇主名单,及各自被批准的雇员人数,将显示在PERKESO 的官方网站https://eiscentre.perkeso.gov.my 。

    工资补贴的申请,必须由雇主提交。

    申请工资补贴的其中一个条件是,雇主必须保留雇员六个月。如果雇员自愿辞职,而之前有接受补贴,雇主是否需要提呈新申请?

    如果雇员在首3个月自愿辞职,雇主只需要通过系统更新雇员资料。如果雇主没有主动申报有关变动。将受到法律责任的追究。

    如果我没有申请工资补贴计划,我是否能随时解雇我的雇员?

    可以。不过,想要解雇雇员的雇主,必须遵守大马劳工法令及条规,例如1955年的《雇佣法》以及1967年的《工业关系法令》。

    如果雇主在6月申请工资补贴,工资补贴是从4月开始派发(回溯期),还是从6月开始?

    工资补贴是从提交申请的月份开始派发,同时没有派发回溯期补贴。

    我的公司有许多部门,组别,分行或单位,我能否选择为部分指定的部门,组别,分行或单位的雇员申请工资补贴?

    可以。雇主可以选择为任何月薪RM4,000以下的本地雇员申请工资补贴。
