Senior Associate / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and advise a varied portfolio of clients regarding transfer pricing matters encompassing audits, advanced pricing arrangements, documentation, and planning projects.
  • Develop and plan robust transfer pricing approaches and solutions for the clients, including data gathering, comparable search strategies, and various financial and statistical analyses.
  • Liaise with the Inland Revenue Board, the Ministry of Finance and other government agencies in connection with client engagements.
  • Keep oneself updated on the latest developments in transfer pricing within Malaysia and at OECD.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis and ongoing project management.
  • Establish relationship with clients and develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in various business development opportunities and project pursuits.
  • Supervise assignments of engagement team and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Participate in various research, training and practice/professional development initiatives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Taxation/ Law from recognized universities or any professional qualification in similar disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of transfer pricing work experience, preferably with another professional services firm.
  • Candidates with relevant experience from industry would also be eligible.
  • Knowledge and experience of data analytics would be preferred, but not a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership and people management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates who have experience in managing a team will be considered for managerial position.

Senior IT Executive

Working Location: Taman Gaya, Ulu Tiram, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical support in the company
  • Ensure the normal day-to-day operations of servers, computers and other hardware devices in HQ and branches
  • Responsible in installations, configurations, administration, upgrades and IT security maintenance for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
  • Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization
  • Assist in designing, developing, implementing and managing the company information technology including hardware, software, networks, IT security etc
  • Assist in optimizing the organization’s technology resources and recommends future technology direction and new technology initiatives
  • Perform regular system health check audit, ensure system adhere to guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Must possess Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support
  • Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and to deliver a solution from our vendors
  • Good knowledge of computer troubleshooting, fundamentals in networking
